LEAN PRODUCTIONWith occupying an area over 800 square meters, the compress workshop is the special workshop using thermosetting material. It has 12 sets 60 Ton to 300 ton hydraulic compress machine, 1 set DMC injection machine and over ten workers and can produce over 20 Million pcs thermosetting components per year including electrical parts, mechanical parts and auto parts. The main thermosetting material is including DMC, SMC, Bakelite, urea formaldehyde resin, etc. Processing technology is including the compress molding, transfer molding and injection.
