With over ten years'product and technology research experience, JANDA own four project development teams, one process control team, twenty rich experienced and skilled engineers. JANDA adopt 3D software to carry about the project design and lead the whole project development process.

According to customer's drawing and sample, JANDA provide the product and process design development and carry out the communication with domestic and oversea customers, with provide the FMEA, CP, PPAP and other product development document, and also supply the qualified sample to customer for approval. The project development technical department adopts PLM system to carry about the management and ensure the technical document's security and effectiveness.
